Open Discord and go to the server you own
Click the server name at the top left
Select Server Settings
Open the Members tab
Find the member you want to transfer ownership to
Make sure they are a server member
Click the three dots next to their name
Select Transfer Ownership
Confirm the transfer
Enter your password or complete any required verification
The server ownership will be transferred to the selected member
