Press and hold the Adjust button until the time starts flashing
Press Mode to cycle to the time setting you want to change
Use the Start/Stop or Forward button to change the value
Use the Reset or Reverse button if your model has one to move backward
Press Mode to move through seconds, hour, minute, year, month, and day
Press Adjust to save and exit
If your model has an analog hand setting, enter hand-setting mode and align the hands with the digital time
If your model has atomic or Bluetooth sync, use the sync function to set the time automatically
