Press and hold the top left button until the seconds start flashing
Press the bottom left button to move through the settings
Use the top right and bottom right buttons to adjust the flashing value
Press the bottom left button to move to the next setting
Repeat until hour, minute, year, month, and day are set
Press the top left button to exit and save the time
