Open BeamNG.drive
Go to Options
Select Controls
Open the Force Feedback or Controller settings
Find Vibration or Rumble
Set Vibration/Rumble to Off or 0%
Apply or Save the changes
If needed, disable vibration in your controller software or platform settings
