Open BeamNG.drive
Load a map
Open the radial menu
Go to AI
Select Traffic
Enable Traffic
Set the traffic density if needed
Start driving or resume the simulation
If traffic does not appear, make sure the map supports traffic
If needed, reload the map and enable traffic again
