Rinse 2–3 tablespoons of broccoli sprouting seeds
Soak seeds in a jar with plenty of water for 8–12 hours
Drain the soaking water completely
Rinse seeds with fresh water
Drain well and keep the jar tilted upside down at an angle
Rinse and drain 2–3 times daily
Keep the jar out of direct sunlight at room temperature
Continue sprouting for 4–6 days
Harvest when sprouts are small, green, and ready to eat
Rinse thoroughly before eating
Store harvested sprouts in the refrigerator in a sealed container
