Press the keyboard lock key combination: Fn + F1 to F12, or the key with a keyboard icon
Press Num Lock if the issue is with the number pad
Restart the laptop
Check if Sticky Keys, Filter Keys, or accessibility keyboard settings are enabled
Disconnect any external keyboard and test again
Open Device Manager and enable or reinstall the keyboard driver
Update or reinstall the keyboard driver
Check BIOS or UEFI settings for keyboard disable options
Run a hardware diagnostic test
If the keyboard is physically damaged, seek repair or replacement
