Download the font file from a trusted source
Unzip the font file if it is compressed
Open the font file
Click Install or Install for all users on Windows
On Mac, double-click the font file
Click Install Font in Font Book on Mac
Open Microsoft Word
Close and reopen Word if it was already open
Select the font from the font list in Word
Restart your computer if the font does not appear
Make sure the font is compatible with your operating system
