How To Bulk Delete Gmail?

Sign in to your account

In the search bar, use one of these filters as needed:

`before:YYYY/MM/DD` (older than a date)

`after:YYYY/MM/DD` (newer than a date)

`older_than:Xd` (older than X days, e.g., `older_than:365d`)

`newer_than:Xd` (newer than X days, e.g., `newer_than:30d`)

`from:someone@domain.com`

`to:someone@domain.com`

`subject:keyword`

`has:attachment`

`is:spam`

`is:trash`

`label:LabelName`

Click the search icon

Select all results:

Check the box at the top-left of the message list

Click “Select all conversations that match this search” (if it appears)

Click the trash icon (Delete)

To permanently delete:

Go to Trash

Select all messages (same selection steps)

Click “Delete forever” (or the “Delete forever” option)
