Open the Facebook app or website and log in
Go to Settings and privacy
Select Settings
Tap Accounts Center
Choose Personal details
Select Contact info
Tap Add new contact
Enter your new email address
Confirm the email address if prompted
Set the new email as your primary contact
Remove the old email if you no longer want it linked
Save your changes
