Open Settings
Go to Display
Select Advanced display or Display settings
Choose the desired refresh rate from the Refresh rate dropdown
Apply the changes
Confirm if prompted
If the option is not available, check your monitor and cable support the higher refresh rate
Update your graphics driver if needed
