You cannot view your Apple ID password directly
If you forgot it, go to iforgot.apple.com
Enter your Apple ID email address
Follow the on-screen steps to reset your password
On iPhone or iPad, go to Settings
Tap your name
Tap Sign-In & Security
Tap Change Password
Enter your device passcode if prompted
Create a new Apple ID password
On Mac, go to System Settings
Click your name
Click Sign-In & Security
Click Change Password
Enter your Mac password if prompted
Create a new Apple ID password
If you are signed in on a trusted device, use the Apple Support app or Apple Account settings to reset it
If you use a password manager, check there for a saved Apple ID password
