Degrease the floor and remove oil stains
Scrub the surface thoroughly
Rinse the floor and let it dry completely
Repair cracks, holes, and damaged areas
Grind or etch the concrete for better adhesion
Vacuum all dust after surface prep
Mask off walls, trim, and edges with painter’s tape
Mix the epoxy components exactly as directed
Pour the mixed epoxy into a paint tray or onto the floor
Apply epoxy with a roller and extension handle
Cut in edges with a brush
Work in small sections to maintain a wet edge
Spread the epoxy evenly across the floor
Add decorative flakes if desired
Allow the first coat to cure
Apply a second coat if recommended
Add a clear topcoat if desired
Keep the garage closed during curing
Avoid foot traffic until the epoxy is dry
Avoid vehicle traffic until full cure is complete
