Open the Microsoft Store on your Windows PC
Search for Spectrum TV
Select the app and click Get or Install
Open the app after installation
Sign in with your Spectrum username and password
If the app is not available in the Microsoft Store, use a web browser
Go to the Spectrum website
Sign in to your account
Use Spectrum services through the website
If you want the mobile app on a PC, install an Android emulator
Download a trusted emulator
Install the emulator on your PC
Open the emulator and sign in with your Google account
Search for My Spectrum App or Spectrum TV in the Google Play Store inside the emulator
Install the app and open it from the emulator
