Locate the reset button on the back or bottom of the Spectrum router
Use a paperclip or pin to press and hold the reset button for 10 to 30 seconds
Release the button when the lights begin to blink or the router restarts
Wait several minutes for the router to fully reboot
Reconnect to the router using the default WiFi name and password on the label
If needed, log in to the router settings and reconfigure your network preferences
If the reset button does not work, unplug the router for 30 seconds and plug it back in
Contact Spectrum support if the router still does not reset properly
