Locate the reset button on the back or bottom of the Spectrum router
Use a paperclip or pin to press and hold the reset button for about 10 to 15 seconds
Release the button when the lights begin to flash or the router restarts
Wait several minutes for the router to fully reboot and reconnect
Reconnect your devices using the default WiFi name and password on the router label
If needed, log in to the router settings and reconfigure your network preferences
