Find a buried treasure map in shipwrecks or ocean ruins
Open the map and locate the red X
Travel to the marked area on land
Stand near the X and dig down carefully
Search the sand, gravel, or stone until you find the buried treasure chest
Use a Heart of the Sea, iron ingots, gold, diamonds, and other loot from the chest
If needed, use the map and landmarks to adjust your position before digging
