Lay the shirt flat on a surface
Smooth out the sleeves and fabric
Fold the cuff back once to the desired width
Fold the sleeve upward toward the shoulder
Keep the fold straight and even
Repeat on the other sleeve
Adjust both sleeves so they match
Smooth the shirt again if needed
