Log in to WalmartOne or OneWalmart with your associate credentials
Go to the tax forms or W-2 section
Download or print your W-2 from the portal if it is available
Check your mail for a paper W-2 sent to your address on file
Contact Walmart People Services or your store’s People Lead if you cannot access it online
Make sure your mailing address is correct in Walmart’s system
If you no longer work there, contact Walmart’s payroll or HR support for a copy of your W-2
If needed, request a reissued W-2 after verifying your identity
