Check that your Chromebook supports Linux (Crostini)
Open Settings
Go to Advanced
Open Developers
Turn on Linux development environment
Wait for Linux to finish installing
Open the Linux Terminal
Run `sudo apt update`
Run `sudo apt upgrade -y`
Enable 32-bit architecture with `sudo dpkg –add-architecture i386`
Run `sudo apt update`
Install Steam with `sudo apt install steam`
Open Steam from the app launcher
Sign in to your Steam account
If Steam does not install or run, check whether your Chromebook supports Steam on ChromeOS or Linux gaming
If needed, use a Chromebook with an Intel or AMD processor and enough RAM
Keep ChromeOS and Linux packages updated
