Download the texture pack file
Open Minecraft
Go to Settings
Select Global Resources or Resource Packs
Open the resource pack folder if needed
Move the texture pack file into the resource packs folder
Return to Minecraft
Find the texture pack in the available packs list
Select the texture pack
Activate or apply the texture pack
Load your world or start a new one
