1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar or pineapple juice
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves or cinnamon, optional
Mix all ingredients in a saucepan
Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves
Stir until smooth and slightly thickened
Brush the glaze over the ham during the last 20 to 30 minutes of baking
Reapply every 10 minutes for a sticky finish
