Wash the apples thoroughly

Cut the apples into small pieces
Put the apple pieces into a juicer or blender
Blend until fully broken down if using a blender
Strain the pulp through a fine sieve, cheesecloth, or nut milk bag
Collect the juice in a clean container
Add water if needed to adjust thickness
Sweeten with sugar or honey if desired
Add lemon juice if desired
Chill the juice before serving
Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator
