Install TI-Connect CE on your computer
Connect the TI-84 to your computer with a USB cable
Open TI-Connect CE
Open the Image Transfer tool
Select the image you want to send
Resize the image to fit the calculator screen
Convert the image to the TI-84 format
Transfer the image to the calculator
On the TI-84, open the appropriate app or program to view the image
If needed, use a program or app like Image Viewer on the calculator
