Wash your hands
Remove contact lenses if your doctor says it is okay
Shake the bottle if the label says to
Tilt your head back or lie down
Pull down your lower eyelid to make a small pocket
Hold the dropper above the eye without touching it
Squeeze one drop into the pocket
Close your eye gently
Press the inner corner of your eye for 1 minute
Wipe away extra liquid with a clean tissue
Repeat for the other eye if needed
Put the cap back on tightly
Wash your hands again
Wait before putting contacts back in if instructed by the label or your doctor
