Set the GIF size (width/height)
Set frame rate or frame delay
Trim the start/end to the portion you want
Reduce colors if needed (optimize/palette settings)
Enable looping (typically “forever”)
Preview the animation
Export/save as GIF
If the file is too large, reduce dimensions, reduce frame count, lower frame rate, or reduce colors
Upload/test the GIF in the target platform to confirm playback and quality
