Open the Facebook app or website
Go to the post, page, comment, or reel you liked
Tap or click the Like button again to remove your like
For a page like, go to the page and tap or click Liked to unlike it
For a comment like, open the comment and tap or click the Like icon again
For a reaction, tap or click the current reaction to clear it or change it
Check your Activity Log if you cannot find the post
On mobile, go to Menu, then Settings & privacy, then Activity Log
On desktop, go to your profile, then Activity Log
Find the item and remove the like from there if available
