Open Facebook and log in to your account
Go to your Facebook Page
Click Settings
Click Page setup or Page information
Click Name
Enter the new Page name
Click Review Change
Enter your password if prompted
Click Request Change or Save Changes
Wait for Facebook to review and approve the name change
