Open the app you want to share from
Start or join a call in FaceTime, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, or another screen-sharing app
Click the screen share button
Choose the screen, window, or app you want to share
If prompted, allow screen recording or screen sharing in System Settings
Go to System Settings
Click Privacy & Security
Click Screen Recording
Enable the app you are using
Restart the app if needed
Stop sharing by clicking the share button again or ending the call
