Open Instagram
Tap the plus icon to create a post, Reel, or Story
Look for the Drafts section on the creation screen
Tap Drafts to view saved drafts
For posts, open the post creation screen and check the Drafts tab
For Reels, open the Reels creation screen and check Drafts
For Stories, open the Story camera and check Drafts if available
If you do not see Drafts, no drafts are currently saved
Drafts are stored on the device where they were created
Drafts may disappear if Instagram data is cleared or the app is deleted
