Open the Settings app on your iPhone
Tap General
Tap CarPlay
Select your car
Tap Forget This Car
Go to Settings
Tap Screen Time
Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions
Tap Allowed Apps
Turn off CarPlay if available
On your car’s infotainment system, open Settings
Find Apple CarPlay or Phone Projection
Disable CarPlay
Disconnect your iPhone from the USB cable
Turn off Bluetooth on your iPhone if CarPlay connects wirelessly
Turn off Wi-Fi on your iPhone if your car uses wireless CarPlay
