Check that your iPhone supports Apple CarPlay
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version
Make sure Siri is enabled on your iPhone
Confirm that your car supports Apple CarPlay
Start your car and turn on Siri
Connect your iPhone to the car with a USB cable or pair it wirelessly if supported
On your iPhone, go to Settings
Tap General
Tap CarPlay
Select your car from the list
Follow any prompts on your car display or iPhone
Allow CarPlay access when prompted
Open the CarPlay app on your car screen
Arrange apps and settings in CarPlay if needed
Use the car’s controls or Siri to start using CarPlay
