On Chrome (Windows/Mac/Linux): Close all Incognito windows, then open a regular Chrome window
On Chrome (Android): Close all Incognito tabs, then return to regular tabs; tap the Incognito icon in the tab switcher and close them
On Chrome (iPhone/iPad): Close all Incognito tabs; tap the Incognito icon in the tab switcher and close them
On Microsoft Edge (Windows/Mac): Close all InPrivate windows, then open a regular Edge window
On Microsoft Edge (Android): Close all InPrivate tabs, then switch back to normal tabs
On Microsoft Edge (iPhone/iPad): Close all InPrivate tabs, then switch back to normal tabs
On Firefox (Windows/Mac/Linux): Close all Private Browsing windows, then open a regular Firefox window
On Firefox (Android): Close all Private tabs from the tab switcher, then switch to normal tabs
On Firefox (iPhone/iPad): Close all Private tabs from the tab switcher, then switch to normal tabs
On Safari (macOS): Close the Private Browsing window
On Safari (iPhone/iPad): Tap Tabs, then tap Private to exit Private Browsing and return to normal tabs
If it won’t turn off: Restart the browser and ensure you open a non-private/new normal window or tab
