Check that your device meets Windows 11 system requirements
Back up important files
Connect the device to power
Ensure you have a stable internet connection
Open **Settings**
Go to **Windows Update**
Select **Check for updates**
If **Download and install** appears for Windows 11, select it
Follow the on-screen instructions
Restart the device if prompted
After installation, confirm **Windows 11** is installed by going to **Settings** → **System** → **About**
If updates don’t appear, use **Windows 11 Installation Assistant** from the official Microsoft website
If needed, use **Media Creation Tool** from the official Microsoft website to create installation media and install Windows 11
After updating, reinstall any apps or drivers that need it
Verify Windows Update is up to date in **Settings** → **Windows Update**
