Clean and dry the skin around the knee
Trim excess hair if needed
Cut the tape to the required length
Round the tape edges to help it stay on longer
Bend the knee slightly before applying
Anchor the first end of the tape without stretching
Apply the middle section of the tape with the needed tension
Finish the last end without stretching
Smooth the tape to activate the adhesive
For patella support, place strips around or beside the kneecap as needed
For swelling, apply strips in a fan pattern toward the knee
Avoid wrapping too tightly
Check for numbness, tingling, or skin irritation
Remove the tape if pain or irritation increases
Replace the tape after several days or if it starts peeling
