Clean and dry the skin around the knee
Bend the knee slightly before applying tape
Cut the tape into the needed strips
Round the tape edges to help it stick
Anchor the first strip below the knee without stretch
Apply the middle section with light stretch if needed
Place the second end without stretch
Rub the tape to activate the adhesive
Add support strips around the kneecap if desired
Avoid stretching the tape over the ends
Check for comfort and circulation
Remove tape if irritation occurs
