How To Cook A Tenderloin?

Preheat the oven to 425°F

Pat the tenderloin dry with paper towels

Trim any excess fat or silver skin

Season all sides with salt and pepper

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat

Add oil to the skillet

Sear the tenderloin on all sides until browned

Transfer the skillet to the oven, or move the tenderloin to a roasting pan

Roast until the internal temperature reaches your desired doneness

Remove from the oven and rest for 10 to 15 minutes

Slice against the grain

Serve immediately
