Open Steam and sign in to your account
Click Steam in the top-left corner
Select Settings
Go to the Family tab
Enable Library Sharing on this device
Select the accounts allowed to use your library on this computer
Have the other person sign in to Steam on the same device at least once
Repeat the process on each computer you want to authorize
Make sure Steam Guard is enabled on your account
Launch a shared game from the other account’s Steam library
