Press PrtScn to copy the entire screen to the clipboard
Press Alt + PrtScn to copy the active window to the clipboard
Press Windows + Shift + S to open screenshot options and select an area
Press Windows + PrtScn to save a screenshot of the entire screen to the Screenshots folder
Press Windows + Shift + S, then select an area to copy it to the clipboard
Use Snipping Tool: open it, choose New, select the area, then save
Use Snip & Sketch: open it, choose New, select the area, then save
For specific hardware (laptops/desktops), use the device’s dedicated screenshot key if present
