Double-click the Recycle Bin icon on the desktop
Press Windows key, type Recycle Bin, and open it from the search results
Open File Explorer and type `Recycle Bin` in the address bar
Right-click the desktop and choose View if the Recycle Bin icon is hidden
Open the Run dialog with Windows key + R, type `shell:RecycleBinFolder`, and press Enter
