Choose the option to dispute or report a problem
Follow the prompts to select the reason for the dispute
Provide any requested details or supporting documents
Submit the dispute
Call the number on the back of your Chase card if you cannot dispute online
Monitor your account for updates from Chase
Respond promptly if Chase requests more information
