Author’s last name, first name. “Title of Web Page.” Title of Website, Publisher, publication date, URL.
If there is no author, start with the title of the web page.
If there is no publication date, use n.d.
If the website title is the same as the publisher, omit the publisher.
Include the full URL without https:// unless your instructor requires it.
If you accessed the site on a date, include the access date only if required.
