Get a fishing rod from Willy at Willy’s Fish Shop (or upgrade with the Blacksmith)
Stand near water (any body of water that allows fishing)
Equip the fishing rod
Face the water and left-click to cast (or use the action button)
Wait for the bobber to react (splash/bite)
When the bobber indicates a bite, left-click to reel in
Keep the fishing bar within the green area during the minigame
Release when the bar is stable in the green area to catch the fish
If you miss, try again immediately
Use bait (if available) by crafting at the crafting menu or buying, then applying it to the rod
Use tackle/rod upgrades to improve catch quality and reduce difficulty (if available)
Fish in different seasons/locations/times to target specific fish
