Thread the needle with embroidery floss
Start with the flower centers using satin stitch, French knots, or seed stitches
Stitch petals with satin stitch, long and short stitch, or lazy daisy stitch
Outline petal edges with stem stitch or backstitch if needed
Add leaves with leaf stitch, satin stitch, or detached chain stitch

Change floss colors as needed
Tie off threads securely on the back
Trim excess thread
Remove the fabric from the hoop
