Open Settings
Tap Wi-Fi
Tap the information icon next to the connected network
Find Wi-Fi Address
Use that value as the MAC address
To find the Bluetooth MAC address, go to Settings
Tap General
Tap About
Find Bluetooth
To find the device MAC address for cellular or hardware details, go to Settings
Tap General
Tap About
Look for Wi-Fi Address or Bluetooth Address if listed
