Sign in to your Microsoft account
Go to the Xbox refund request page
Find the purchase you want refunded
Select the item and choose Request a refund
Fill out the refund form
Submit the request
Wait for Microsoft to review the request
Check your email for the refund decision
If approved, wait for the refund to be processed to your original payment method
If the purchase is not eligible, contact Xbox Support
