Open Safari or another browser on your Mac
Go to google.com/chrome
Click Download Chrome
Open the downloaded file
Drag Google Chrome to the Applications folder
Open Google Chrome from Applications or Launchpad
If prompted, click Open to confirm
Sign in to Chrome if you want to sync bookmarks and settings
