Open the Facebook app or go to facebook.com and log in
Go to Settings and privacy
Select Settings
Go to Accounts Center
Select Personal details
Select Account ownership and control
Select Deactivation or deletion
Choose the Facebook account you want to delete
Select Delete account
Follow the prompts to confirm
Enter your password if asked
Confirm the deletion request
Do not log back in during the deletion period if you want the deletion to proceed
Wait for the deletion process to complete after the grace period
