Carry valid ID proof and address proof
Carry the active postpaid SIM and the registered mobile number
Request a postpaid to prepaid conversion
Fill out the conversion form
Clear all pending postpaid bills before submitting the request
Choose a prepaid plan if required
Complete any verification process asked by Airtel
Wait for the SIM conversion to be processed
Insert the same SIM after conversion or use the new prepaid SIM if issued
Restart the phone after activation
Check network and recharge the new prepaid number if needed
