Update both phones to the latest OS version
Install WhatsApp on the iPhone
Use the same phone number on both devices
Reset the iPhone if it is already set up
Start iPhone setup and choose Move Data from Android
On the Android phone, install Move to iOS from the Google Play Store
Open Move to iOS on Android and follow the prompts
Enter the code shown on the iPhone into the Android phone
Select WhatsApp when prompted to transfer data
Keep both phones connected to power and on the same Wi-Fi network if required
Wait for the transfer to complete
Finish setting up the iPhone
Open WhatsApp on the iPhone and sign in with the same phone number
Tap Start or Import when prompted to restore the transferred WhatsApp data
Verify that chats and media have appeared on the iPhone
